  • Is this whitening treatment for everyone?
Customers will see brilliant results from this service and it is especially beneficial to those whose teeth are stained from smoking, coffee, red wine, or other substances. However, people who are pregnant, under the age of 18, and/or have periodontal disease should not use this service.
  • How long will the whitening last?
The results from this service should last for 6-months or more, although this varies based on the customer and your lifestyle.
  • Is this whitening service safe?
Yes, studies show that using peroxide to whiten teeth is both safe and effective. Peroxide does not change the structure of your teeth – instead it makes teeth brighter and whiter.
  • How long does one (1) session take?
From start to finish with paperwork, prepping, 15-minute enhanced light session, and after photo comparing the results, this will take approximately 45 minutes total. Up to 2 15-minutes sessions may be completed on the same day per person for a total time commitment of 1-hour.
  • What is the difference between SmileLabs’ service and other methods of whitening?
Our teeth whitening process is fast and shows results immediately with no side effects for most individuals. The results from our process are 30% better than home whitening products and more cost-effective than teeth whitening done at the dentist.
  • Is it painful?
Most customers experience zero pain or sensitivity after this treatment.
  • Who will be assisting me during the whitening process?
We’re a trained Authorized Dealer or our employee will assist you. This is not a dental procedure; it is a cosmetic procedure. We will not be performing any invasive actions. We don’t insert their fingers, instruments or anything in a customer’s mouth. We guide you through a self-administered procedure that you perform on yourself.
  • Will it whiten my existing crowns or veneers?
SmileLABS whitening treatment cannot alter the color of porcelain crowns or veneers.
  • If I am experiencing an oral problem or undergoing dental work, can I still get teeth whitening?
It is recommended to discuss with your dental professional prior to starting a teeth whitening treatment.
